I think of your current operations as experience – these have made you successful. Ideas are where you will probably have to move in the future. Design is how you organise the shift from current to future operations/strategies.
I think it is explained in the lecture.
How to identify the three lenses in a scenario is always my problem.Would you mind pls to tell me the techniques how to identify them in a big scenario
Don’t talk about them unless specifically asked to is the easiest approach.
