    Hey mate,

I can`t find the lectures on the topic mentioned above on the site. Could you help me out?
If it makes a difference, I`m doing the Global version of F4.

I have the Bpp study notes however they are pretty complex.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Saqlain

Recording the first 8 chapters of F4 Global is on my “To do” list – sorry

You shouldn’t really need a great deal more than there already is within the notes – that and practice from the BPP (or Kaplan or equivalent) revision kit

Sir, by when can we expect those lectures to be uploaded on the website?

    Oh okay thanks.

I also wanted to ask about something else. The lectures are very vaguely labelled.
Like there`s 10 parts of contract law. i feel it would a MASSIVE benefit to everyone involved if these lectures were labelled to be more specific. Not only would it help existing student to jump straight to the part they need information about but because of the broader range of terms, it would help other students find the website from when they might be Googling whatever they need to touch up on.

i haven`t seen the lecture pages of any other subject but I think this would be in the best interest of all parties involved.

I really like what this site is doing. Keep it up!

Well thank you Saqlain for those constructive comments.

We’re always looking to improve the site 🙂

Sir, if a buyer purchases goods, say for $1000 and requests a cash discount of 20%, and the seller agrees at that point of time and then after a week or so the seller requests for the remainder amount and says that the discount wasn’t valid.

Will the buyer be liable to pay the seller if the matter was taken to court?

How do you prove that the seller said “Yes” to the request for a discount?

Equally, how does the seller prove that he didn’t?

Better for the seller simply to say “No”!

Difficult to answer, so much so that any honourable legal adviser (hohoho) should probably recommend the seller not to pursue the remaining 20% – too difficult to prove that he didn’t agree to the discount
