Dear sir, while reading the open tuition lecture notes I found some topics such as STATUTE LAW which is not available in the Kaplan text book ( ENG variant) , could you please tell me why is it different? Thanks
Regards
SudeepJanuary 7, 2016 at 9:53 am #293666Maybe it’s the same thing but given a different name? The expression “Statute law” is merely an all-encompassing topic that includes any part of law that is written – for example in Companies Acts
Furthermore, you say that you have “found some topics such as STATUTE LAW” yet you only mention the one topic. How can I possibly pass any comment on all these other topics that you have found?
January 7, 2016 at 3:52 pm #293701Dear Sir , thanks for your reply, I found this topics in kalpana text book in the law of contract. By the way, I found your videos are more helpful in practicing revision kit rather then readings text books . Thank you so much. I believe you and your site helps he lots in my ACCA journey.
January 7, 2016 at 4:57 pm #293705Statute law in the law of contracts is probably in the context of unfair contract terms and the availability of one of the contracting parties to restrict or exclude liability for non-performance or for breach
I believe that you’ll find that the notes and lectures (no lectures for employment law and agency law) will be enough for you
We all hope that you’ll continue to use the site for your further studies and that you’ll recommend us to all your friends and colleagues 🙂
