Between the year 30 Nov 2008 and 31st jan 2009 ,the date when the financial statements were approved by directors the following information were received
1) A customer had commenced legal action against the company for providing faulty product in Dec 2008
2) An ex employee was suing them for the unfair dismissal in November 2008
Can any1 help me with this question how will we treat the 2 cases .
