Method for hedging interest rate risk are futures options swaps and agreement?

Have a look at the free lecture notes and you will see them listed.
For interest rate risk management you will not be asked for calculations.
For foreign exchange risk management, the methods you can be asked calculations on are using forward rates and using money market hedging,
For both interest and foreign exchange, you are expected to be able to describe the other methods.
