Why is the type of the hotel is more suitable here as answer suggested by examiner?
Kolmog has several, very different, classes of hotel. If you are trying to measure their performance is might be better to compare hotels of the same class rather than compare geographical performance. For example, average revenue per room will be very different for basic v luxury hotels so combining all hotels in, say the Northern area, might not be as useful as producting one report for all luxury, another for all basic and so on.
