Dear John,
Is the above model relevant for p4 examinations. If yes, what practice exam questions can I use and are there any good learner material to get a good grasp of the subject matter?

The Black Scholes option pricing formula is certainly examinable. (Its full name is Black Scholes Merton, but for some reason everyone calls it Black Scholes 🙂 )
If you look at our free Study Guide that you can download, it suggests past question to attempt on all of the topics including this.
Merton’s structural debt model is not examinable.
