Good day, my question goes thus, if in a question on multilateral netting the question says owed by and owed to
Example owed by Kenduri and owed to Lakama 4.5 us dollars As in 2013 June question. Who is the debtor and who is the creditor Thanks
In Kenduri’s books, Lakama is a creditor (because K owes money to L).
In Lakama’s books, Kenduri is a debtor (because L is owed money by K)
