Malcolm is a serious-minded,individualistic,unorthodox person. He has been working in an inter-disciplinary team and because of his professional background, has been given the job of chairing the team. The team has encountered major problems with Malcolm. He has been reluctant to accept the contributions of other team members and has been constantly suggesting innovative ideas. He does not allow time for the discussion of practical, implementation issues.

    Which role BEST describes Malcolm

    A Shaper
    B Company worker
    C Plant
    D Team worker

I have eliminated B,D in this case but I also found out sentences to constitute with A, C

A Shaper = He has been reluctant to accept the contributions of other team members

C Plant = unorthodox person and suggesting innovative ideas

Please let me know that which team role is the best describe to Malcolm

The management accountant at ABC Carpets Co has prepared manufacturing cost schedules for each of the 20 types of carpet in the company’s product range.

    1) Calculating gross profit at different unit sales prices
    2) Comparing manufacturing cost with buy-in cost
    3) Determining which carpets to remove from the range
    4) Issuing credit limits to customers

I am confused that the 4 should take into account or not

First questoin: I would go for C. The question twice mentions his unorthodox approach and innovative ideas.

Second question: What is the question? IT does no seem to be complete.
