Hi, I have a question regarding the exam. When answering questions in part B, are we required to state the case law on the topic we are answering? That is a lot to remember if it is required 🙁

If you’re doing cbe, there’s no opportunity for you to quote case names
If its not cbe then, if you can remember the case name that illustrates the point you want to make, great. But if you can’t, no big deal

Yes I will be taking CBE so i will not stress about learning them all.

That’s ok. And after December there will be no more paper based so the question should never arise again
