September 18, 2015 at 5:22 pm #2724041 A process theory of motivation concentrates on the process of being motivated ie how behaviour is energised directed and sustained.
All I can think of for choosing C as unnecessary is the use of the word ‘immediacy’, but I should have thought rewards would have to be given farily soon after good behaviour.
2 I would go for C. I don’t think it replaces monetary rewards.
What do you mean by “because two answer also get some supporter to support it.”?
3 Taylor does not go for multi-skilled. Each person does one tiny task only, over and over again.
4 I would go for C because that’s where supervisors are – between the workers and management. The middle line goes form the strategic apex to the operating core.
