Hi,
I attemped to use myACCA last night, received an error message, and was asked to contact the administrator.
I did and received no auto-confirmation.
Today I tried again and used the students@accaglobal.com address. Again, I have received no auto-confirmation.
Normally I am not so impatient, but I would like my query to be acknowledged.
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing technical issues with myACCA. The log-in screen is different, maybe they are implementing improvements? Normally you would receive acknowledgements within a few minutes of sending a request.

September 16, 2015 at 1:09 pm #272148I have the same issue and i have used chrome and internet explorer but it still didn’t work. Is there any other way out?
