I need some help on how to calculate the market. Values under type 1,type 2 and type 3 acquisitions??
You do not say what help you need. All the arithmetic involved is covered in other chapters and the lectures that go with them.
Best is to watch the lectures going through several Question 1’s of past exam papers (you can find them by following the link to ‘revision kit live’ from the main P4 page.
They apply the techniques to valuing companies and also the approach to that sort of question.
