I often be struggle with performance evaluation requirement, as in question 1 – Dec 2012.
For part (i), i found little information in the context which can be used to support regional office performance.
Just only a few of them i can realize: – profitability (as a large player in the market) – share result of each offices in term of revenue, profit (due to diversified market, and their autonomies)
What is your advice for performance evaluation as such and what should be noted for the exam, Sir?
Look at models such as performance prism, balanced score-card etc. These give ideas for non-financial performance which is often required for good financial performance.
