please can define for me the types of relationship the organisation should seek with stalkeholders
There is no universal pattern: it depends on the organisation.
For example, some companies put customer service very high and take seriously customer complaints and feedback. Others (some cut-price airlines for example) seem to treat customers with disdain.
Similarly with employees: some organisations value their employees very highly whilst others treat them with minimum effort.
