Hi all,
I have a bit of an odd problem with respect of my PER and wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar or could offer some guidance.
I’ve finally finished all of the exams, the ethics module has been done and my per is written up but it is not signed off. In my last job i completed the PER but being the only employee in finance there was no one internally available to sign of the work i had done so i turned to our auditor. They agreed to sign it off and so i sent them the responses to the challenge questions for him to go over. That’s the last i heard from them despite many attempts to get in contact. I have since changed jobs and but my new employer has no knowledge of my work except what i have told them.
Can my new employer sign it off or do i need to redo my whole PER? What are my options?
Any help given would be massively appreciated! 🙂

I am also in interested in knowing people’s views as I am in a similar situation.
ThanksSeptember 1, 2015 at 7:59 pm #269473I do not think that your current employer can sign off your PER without actually witnessing your work. Otherwise we could all tell our boss that we have done more than have. I am not saying that you are dishonest in any way and I am sure that you have written your PER faithfully.
You should probably contact ACCA direct to confirm what they say on the subject though - AuthorPosts
