There are so many technical articles on the ACCA website for P7.
Please recommend me the most important ones that should not be left unread.

They’re all important! That’s why they’re included within “technical articles”
Your examiner will have been closely involved with either writing them herself or authorizing someone to write them or possibly just reviewing them.
One way or another, you shouldn’t be thinking along the lines of “which technical articles should I ignore”
You do so at your peril
