I am not sure if I am blind, but can someone tell me where I find the answers for some questions in the revision notes. I am looking for the CVP analysis and decision tree questions. Many thanks

There are a few answers missing to the revision notes – when I have the time I will prepare them.
The reason is that the revision notes are just a few examples that we give out in class on courses and so I decided to upload them on here.
The notes to study from are the main Lecture Notes (together with the free lecture – the lectures explain and expand on the notes) and they contain answers to everything.
