Could anyone clarify why correct answer is C? In my opinion high know how is clearly a potential barrier to entry in some business sectors like banking. In the notes it is also said so. Thanks:-) V.

The lecture notes i have it says C as a correct answer and why not?
I mean the question says which of the following are the potential barrier and clearly as you said yourself that high know how is a potential barrier so i don’t see the problem.
