Do we need to know about this for F4 Global? I have seen this under Partnership Law:

‘jointly liable for crimes and torts’ but I do not remember covering torts?

Please let me know where I should be looking for more info on this (which lecture, page in notes etc.)?

    Thanks

    Hi

I’ve just checked through the syllabuses for both English and for Global variants.

Tort is in the syllabus for English (B4) but doesn’t seem to appear anywhere in the Global syllabus

Conclusion? No tort in the global syllabus! 🙂

Thanks for checking, I thought it wasn’t in it. I’ve come across another one, the literal rule?
It doesn’t appear in the Global notes.

No, interpretation of statute is not a part of global. Where are you finding these? Please tell me that they’re not in my course notes

I am sorry to confuse you, I have explained in my last comment to you as to why I am asking these questions. There is nothing wrong with your notes.

Shorter version of my explanation – MTQs were uploaded to English Mock Test.
If you can separate the MTQs that also relate to Global and upload them on that Mock Test they will then be available to all students doing Global as well.

In all fairness I think that all 5 MTQs that came up did relate to Global.so it may not be difficult to decipher.

No rush to do this on my part as I am ok with getting them through the English Mock Test as it doesn’t matter to me as long as I have access to the questions to improve my ability to score higher marks in the exam.

The MTQs are definitely up on the English variant but Admin advised me to ask you about the Global one…

That’s not yet been written ie there are no questions as yet covering UNCISG nor Arbitration nor any subject that is specifically global

The ones that I did on your English Mock covered:

Insider Dealing – I believe that is ENG and GLO

Offer and Acceptance – also applies to GLO

Trading certificate/liability of Directors in regards to agreements and contracts made

    Counter-offers – GLO

Taking action in regards to damaged property and personal injury – possibly GLO

If UNCISG nor Arbitration nor any subject that is specifically global have been covered then I am wrong about the above?

I will just have to do without the MTQs on UNCISG, Arbitration and the other topics
