In a liquidation, the holder of partly paid shares will have to pay the amount as yet unpaid on those shares. To whom is that money payable?
A. court B. liquidator C. company D. bank
Isnt it the company?
It is – I believe that there is a degree of inconsistency in that answer of mine – it’s asked in two ways in two separate places and in one the answer is the liquidator and in the second it’s the company
In fact, the effect is the same – the money finishes up in the liquidator’s hands and the liquidator will then distribute according to the strict distribution sequence
Ok?
Ok thank u
You’re welcome
