“You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this topic.
Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these email notifications.”I got this message from Open Tuition along with the notification of the email. I thought that when I selected to get follow up replies it would have been replies specifically to my post, not all posts on the topic following my own.
I looked on the Open Tuition site for where I can unsubscribe but I have not seen anything. Please help. Thanks.
June 8, 2015 at 8:26 pm #255303Ok I figured it out. I just had to go to the topic in the forum and unsubscribe to the top of the page. I thought the option to unsubscribe would have been next to my message or if I went into my message or settings.

August 5, 2016 at 4:21 am #331515Dear Sir,
Sorry to disturb you. I think previously i have turned off notifications of follow-up replies via email.
So if i want to get the notification back (ie: getting the follow-up replies based on my post only), i will need to click “subscribe” on the top left corner? So that means for that post, i will receive follow-up replies via email?
Thanks for your help!
August 5, 2016 at 4:36 am #331516Yes Joanna, that’s how it is supposed to work 🙂
August 5, 2016 at 5:09 am #331525Dear Sir,
Thanks for your help 🙂 However, i am still not able to receive any follow-up replies based on this post only via email.
Maybe it could be so technical issue on my end.
August 5, 2016 at 6:24 am #331542maybe they land in spam folder?

August 5, 2016 at 7:22 am #331549Dear Sir,
No, it isn’t in the junk box.
I have tried unsubscribing and subscribing again.
Thanks for your help!
Appreciate it.
