Can we use F8 Jun 2015 BPP/Kaplan material for F8 Sept 2015 exam, or needs to wait and get the revised ones?
June 4, 2015 at 11:10 am #252976Sadly no.
ACCA constantly assess their exams to ensure they are relevant, and up to date meaning that students are equipped with the right skills employers want – ultimately making them more employable in today’s workplace.
ACCA’s syllabus is refreshed each year and issued with effect from September each year (other than for tax exams where the update cycle is different).
The September 2015 session will use a syllabus that is valid for exams in September and December 2015, and March and June 2016. Tax exams in September 2015 will use a syllabus that is valid for exams in June, September and December 2015 and March 2016.
June 5, 2015 at 3:16 am #253442Thank you William!
This is not too good, so we cannot start the preparation for the September sitting until we get the revised study materials.
I wanted to sit for two papers in September, but how to study without the proper material?
I was happy about the September sittings at the beginning, but now I don’t really see the point to be honest.June 5, 2015 at 7:10 am #253482How do you study F8 ? I am also studying Kaplan course.
June 5, 2015 at 12:08 pm #253598The syllabus may not have any significant changes to it. Acca publishes changes so worth a look.
