    Hello Sir John,

Was curious to know whether if one has trouble in answering a question and doesnt know much about it , if he/she writes even a little bit like maybe formulas or some values will some marks be attained and secondly if one is not able to answer part b of a question or part a which is calculation based and if the next part is generic like should price skimming policy be benficial to a company?

Yes – the markers are keen to give marks whenever they can.

However little you write for a part of a question, then it will always pick up some marks.
