In which currency do we pay premium ,is it contract currency which is on top of table.
ThanksAssuming that you are asking about traded options, the premium is calculated in the other currency (not the contract currency).
(The table of premia will usually say at the top “cents per pound’ – if it says that then it is calculated in cents.Thank you sir I think ,I m getting panic,else I always knew that premium is opposite to contract currency.
