Will i lose marks for using , or . ?

I am currently preparing for the June F6(CYP) examination and i noticed that they use . for thousands separator instead of , . example: 100.000,15 instead of 100,000.15 .
I am used to writing down numbers using the latter format. Will i lose marks as the answers shown for past papers use the first format ?

Personally I wouldn’t bother about dots or commas for hundreds, thousands etc.
Only point for decimals and doesnt matter if dot or comma – marker will score you dont worry
eg.
100 000,15
100 000.15
both are fine
