Hey Mike,
Sorry to bother you.Could you explain the difference between the wordings used in the QP like Explain, Discuss , Describe , Evaluate , Illustrate,Define etc.
Which ones of these should be answered with numbers and which ones should be answered as just theory..
Regards
Sid πMay 7, 2015 at 3:30 pm #244623Evaluate literally means “put a value on” and certainly involves numbers
“Explain”, “Discuss” and “Illustrate” could all involve using numbers to explain or illustrate a point that you are trying to make
Mind you, so could “Describe”!
But “Define” is clearly just words
Does that help?

Is there any lectures for Interpretation areas..
I couldn’t find any …Thanks
Sid

No, no lectures on this area
Maybe the best I can suggest is to review the answers to past exam questions on interpretation and commenting on financial performance and financial position
Ok?
