    hi mike.hope u fine.

    “As question 2, coming out of left field, I like the idea of the need for, and identification of, appropriate procedures instituted by companies for the protection of their employees from the threats caused by bribery” does that refer to self interest and familiarity threat of hospitality and gifts? or something else?

    No, it’s something else! If you check out the F4 course notes (free on this site) you’ll find in one of the chapters towards the end (called “illegalities”) the appropriate procedures to protect against bribery

    I suppose the best I could guess at would be a business risk for a company with overseas markets but there’s always the aspect of compliance with law and regulation.

    I did say that it was one from left field!
