Dear Sir,
See (question 42 CJ co) in the BPP Exam kits :
(1) Why there is no recovery of working capital at the end of the project ?
(2) Why the project last 4 years ; it has not been stated anywhere in the question the number of years the project last ?
With regard to both of your questiona, what has happened is that BPP have taken the original exam question (which was 25 marks) and shortened it to make it 10 marks.
In doing so they have missed out an important part of the question!!
The original exam question (which you can find on the ACCA website) says in the final sentence that the project is to be evaluated over a hour-year planning period. The same sentence also days to ignore any working capital recovery.
Thank you Sir
You are welcome 🙂
