Hi Mr John
How we may get a question for Fitzgerald and moon building blocks model ,
and secondly can you explain Multiple choice qestion 13 in Dec 14 exam,
Thanks,
April 18, 2015 at 9:44 am #241688You can be asked to state all of some of the six perspectives, and you can be asked to give examples of measure under each of them to prove that you understand them.
The free lecture on this may help you.

Thanks,
April 19, 2015 at 9:51 am #241788This question is not on Fitgerald & Moon – it is value for money.
The answer is D.
(1) is a measure of economy – a financial measure
(2) is a measure of efficiency – how well the advisors work
(3) is a measure of effectiveness – how successful they are at what they doApril 20, 2015 at 4:56 am #241868Hi,
Is the fiztgerald same as Balanced scorecard having perspectives or what they different about,
Thanks a lot ,
April 20, 2015 at 8:01 am #241882No they are different.
You need to look at the chapter 16 of the free Lecture Notes (and I should not have used the word perspectives for Fitzgerald and Moon – they are called building blocks 🙂 )
