hello, I am confused..
In the Mock Exam there was a question:
In the situation where the court establishes that a plaintiff has contributed by their own actions to the damage that their have suffered, it is possible for the court to reduce the extent of the award of damages by 100%.
And the answer says that this statement is falseWhen in lecture notes Chapter 6 in the test, the correct answer for the same question is D 100%..
So which one is correct?
Thanks
April 12, 2015 at 4:37 pm #241022100% contributory negligence is available in Alabama, District of Columbia, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia and for medical negligence it’s also available in Indiana.
But it’s not possible in the UK
So the answer to the question in Chapter 6 of the lecture notes is incorrect – I’ll check it and make sure that it’s altered. Thanks for pointing it out
