What is the latest date that a public company, incorporated on 1 May 2010, could hold its third annual general meeting?
Answer is 31 December 2013
Shouldn’t it be 30 November 2013
April 11, 2015 at 9:33 am #240873No, the answer I’d correct
1st is 31 October, 2011
2nd is 31 December, 2012 and
3rd is 31 December, 2013
Use you fingers for that first date!

You need to make sure that you go through the syllabus topics at least 3-times…
#1 – Is just a first read, which gives you a general idea of the syllabus requirements and everything else…
#2 – During this you will understand the syllabus and it’s topics, many things that seemed unclear before will become crystal clear :), make sure to go look up anything you have read before that you believe to be a contradiction or a development of what you are reading so as to not hinder but to cement the understanding which is crucial at this read…
#3 – This is the revision read and one that you should use to memorize the law and it’s various principles, at this point memorization comes easy as you understand it well, all you need is to plant it firmly in your memory…
And ofcourse, don’t forget to practice, both the Exam Question Bank at the end of the Study Text and all the questions in Practice & Revision Kit.
Make a list of all the questions that you get wrong and attempt them again before the exam…
Also, Make a list of all the very tricky and tough questions (even if you did get them right), and go through them before the exam too!!Lastly, Best of Luck!!! I hope you do better than me and it would be nice if you would post your results here after :)…
P.S: Keep in mind I do self-study, so it may two reads in your case if you are going to an institute for tutoring.
