Hello,
As per Kaplan textbook, the small track claims are at 10,000 pound and the fast track cases between 10,000 and 25,000pounds. However, in the lecture notes on pg 12, it says that the small track claims are as from 5000 pounds and for fast track cases between 5,000 n 15,000 pounds. Could you tell me if there have been changes please?

If you desperately want to know the financial detail it’s easily found on the Internet. I believe that, at the moment, the limits are “up to £10,000 for small claims and up to £25,000 for fast track” with minor “except for”s and “unless”s
Ok?
March 27, 2015 at 5:26 pm #239233Ok thank you.

March 27, 2015 at 6:02 pm #239238Unless the parties agree, cases above £50,000 are not normally heard in County Court – they go to the High Court. That applies to all cases – small, fast and multi
