Just want to confirm if the answer for this question is 2 as I know the amount of loan tend to be higher than the value of collateral for inventory.
March 26, 2015 at 5:52 pm #239010You are correct (because inventory will have to be sold before it can be converted into cash)
March 26, 2015 at 8:22 pm #239021so the correct answer is:
the amount of loan versus the value of collateral tend to be higher for inventory than account receivables because it is is easier to seize the assets when the borrower defaults?
I’m just afraid you might be confused between the answer in the picture and the text.
March 27, 2015 at 8:18 am #239064You are correct (it had confused me) 🙁
March 27, 2015 at 10:11 am #239097Hi John,
thanks for your confirmation.
I have a question. I just did an online test (in school). Even though I am quite confident with my answers, I got 4 incorrect answers out of 20.
The problem is I don’t know which question I did wrongly. Do you mind if I ask for your help to identify them?
Please just ignore me if this is too much. Anyway, thanks for your help and really appreciate what you did in this forum.
March 27, 2015 at 10:44 am #239103If you know what the questions were, then fine. Otherwise there is no way that I can find the questions.
March 27, 2015 at 3:40 pm #239130I have the questions hereDropbox link
thanks a lot for your help 🙂
March 27, 2015 at 4:00 pm #239135I am sorry, but none of those questions are in the syllabus for Paper F3.
