Hello,
I remember studying for ACCA law in the previous syllabus, equivalent of F4.
I remembered for that law exam over 100+ cases inside-out with a high mark.
I’m now studying an international tax exam for different qualification. The content has a lot of case law.
I think every case had a certain structure, e.g.
[Two parties, Year, Facts, Conclusion, Principle of Law demonstrated].
Would anyone happen to remember what that structure was?
I think this structure was crucial in remembering all the case details.
Thank you!

Hi, it’s no longer necessary for F4. But certainly when you did your F4 it was absolutely NOT necessary to know case years!
Otherwise, yes, the name, the story and the principles / conclusion should be enough
