COd Electrical (Lynch & Cross), the first part ask you to assess the current KPI of the org:

Does the detailed information available to line mgrs are KPI or only the one provided by the board are KPI.

The KPIs are what is supplied to the board. The information supplied to management is called ‘Additional Performance Information’.
