Hi I downloaded a text book from PPB for the exam of 2010 ,It is a free download is it suitable for the Jun 15 exam or there will be difference in topics and information,

I don’t know what PPB is!!
If you mean BPP, then downloading it is illegal and unethical because it is copyright and they do not allow sharing of their material electronically. You can only have downloaded it from a pirate website.
There have been changes since 2010 – you will need to compare the syllabus printed in the book with the current syllabus to see what.
However, it is not the Study Text that is so important as the Revision Kit. You must buy a copy of the latest edition because the format of the exam is different since December 2014.

I found it containing most of the topics as opentuition notes if not all,
