Is there any profit seeking (commercial) organisation in public sectors? or
all public sectors are not for profit seeking?You can have profit-seeking public sector organisations. For example in the UK there is a government owned agenct called Ordnance Survey which makes and publishes detailed maps of the UK for hikers, building developers, lawyers etc. In the year to 31/3/2012 it made an operating profit of £32 million.
Often state-owned utility companies (eg water) are expected to make sufficient profit to invest in new infrastructure.

And then Profit of public sectors will be invested to public again in many ways rather than maximise their own wealth . is that correct? so if it is.. still can we call those organisation as profit seeking public sectors?
If the organisation is state owned then the government devides what becomes of any profits. Sometimes teh government will allow the organisation to keep its profits so as to reinvest and expand. Sometimes the government will want a dividend to be paid to the state to increase government income.
