Sir, I want to ask.
Are the knowledge in F2 still examined in F5 ???
Especially for the Variance analysis in F2. Are they also examined in F5 ???
Because in F5 syllabus, there is not written about those Variance analysis. Only the new variance analysis that I see.
F2 is assumed knowledge for Paper F5, therefore it does not need to be listed separately in the F5 syllabus.
The examiner has said that she will not ask a full question on ‘basic’ (F2) variance analysis, but individual ‘basic’ variances can (and are) asked. In addition, knowledge of basic variances is essential to be able to make sense of the advanced variances.
Our free lectures for F5 cover within them everything from F2 that is examinable again in Paper F5 (as well as, obviously, the extra F5 topics).
