For Dec 2014 P2 exam, I prepared so much. You may have seen my posts about P2 summaries of BDO and MNP LLP (CANADA)
I read those, did past papers, practiced consolidations, ethics, read examiner’s reports, read examiner’s articles but still I will probably not do well on Sunday.
So do you have any suggestions on what different thing I could do or what new approach I could adopt so that I can pass P2 in June 2015?
Also made extensive use of ask the tutor forum in P2 but my exam was a disaster. It worries me as to what I’ll do to pass my P2 re-sit. I have no idea!
I come from a developing country in East Africa and I cannot just afford to keep paying the expensive exam and subscription fees to ACCA. Should I just rather give up P2 and my dream to become an ACCA someday as I think I may not have the intelligence to clear it even in the re-sit?

February 6, 2015 at 1:22 pm #225501Not long to wait now – just hang on a little while longer
February 9, 2015 at 4:39 am #227113@mike sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your advice and dedication. I scored P2 with 61%.
February 9, 2015 at 8:22 am #227191And the lesson learnt? You can never predict how well you have performed in an ACCA exam!
Just read the comments on this site:
“I thought I would score 80% so I’m disappointed to get only 52%”
“I knew that I’d nailed it this time so cannot understand why I only scored 23%”
“YES!!! Passed it with 72% – I can’t understand how I scored so much – I knew that I had failed”
Don’t try to predict your result – it’s a thankless and futile exercise
February 9, 2015 at 9:59 am #227235That’s right Mike.
I thought I’ll get 85% in P1 and ended up with a 66%.
In June 2014, I though I’ll get 86% in F9 and ended up with 71%
So it’s just best to wait.

And good luck with the remaining exams
