Access to proffessional ethics moduel

Hi,
I sat the last of my f papers in Dec and when o logged in after i found that i had access to The proffessionalism moduel.However when i logged on this week to check some other info I found that i no longer have access to it. Does anyoeanyone know if this is a glitch when they are addimg exams or does it mean i have failed on of my F papers and an therefore no eligable until i put in for the failed F paper(s)
