Hi, anyone else had problems paying fees, I made an online payment Friday using debit card and the system crashed at the verification visa page, the payment had been taken from my bank but not showing as paid on my acca invoice, I put a query into acca but they came back with it can take 7 to 10 days to show, and details of how to print receipt, but there is no receipt to print, as anyone else had this problem I don’t want it to affect getting my results because of no. Payment,

I have a similar problem. In January 2017 I was trying to book two March 2017 exams. The website did not work well and I had to try several times until the exams appeared in My Plan. Although the screen showed that the payments were ok for both exams they took money only for one exam from my bank account. I called ACCA and told about that. They issued a debit memo for the second exam which I paid immediately. A month later an invoice appeared under Fees in My ACCA, listing a charge for four exams. After complaining, ACCA removed balance from my ACCA account. One month after that one more invoice appeared, now charging for one more exam. I wrote an email to ACCA about that. On 06/04/2017 I received an answer: “Please accept my apologies for this.I have passed this on to our relevant department and will be in contact in the next 7 to 10 working days”. Today, on 17/04/2017, as the deadline for June 2017 exam entry closure approaches, I tried to book an exam for June 2017. The system does not let me book the exam without paying for that old wrongful invoice. ACCA says I have to wait until 20/04/2017. It is pretty stressful.
