Hi Guys,
I am looking to sit the P2 exam but I can’t remember anything form the assumed areas (F3+F7) as i sat them 6 years ago at university.
Would you recommend starting from scratch, so F3, then F7, then studying for P2 or just doing F7 and P2??
If you have any other suggestions let me know!!
Thanks!!
How’s your basic double entry? My limited experience of students that have accounting degrees is that the university exams tended (past tense) to be more about the theory rather than practical bookkeeping so a quick race through F3 will do you no harm. However, I think it would be a really good idea to work through F7 and particularly the consolidation chapters – the course notes are available and free to download from this site
Hope that helps
