Hey
I am currently studying for my F4 law paper (English law) and just wanted to know if I need to learn all the cases?
There are so many its really hard.
Also if we don’t have to learn all the cases and only the main cases how do we know which are these? There is no guide in the revision kits or specification.
Thank you
It’s difficult to see how the examiner can ask a multiple choice question that will require you to know case names! They USED to be good value – they gave a written essay-type answer and air of authority. They were also good value in making F4 ***FUN*** :-)))))
But, sadly, they are no longer of much use at all. If you can remember just one case that’s probably going to be one more than you will need in the exam
OK?
Thank you so much
You’re welcome
