f8 question verb query

first of all thanks very much for all your support in f8. i have a quick query. the question today came on sales system and it asked to “identify and explain deficiency and then recommend”. i made 2 columns for this one for identify and explain deficiency and one for recommendation. however within the “identify and explain” column , i also inadvertently added implications. basically i choose deficiency, described it and then gave points regarding implications as well. will there be any negative marking on this? i am presuming that implication itself explains why a particular thing is a deficiency?
