I recently received invitation for membership. however one of the requirement for to produce signed copy of STR1. I searched everywhere for the signed template but could not find it. I have banked experiences from 1998-2007 via ACCA previous online annual return system and manually with the template. I called my previous employer but he do not have a copy. The business was sold, staff were made redundant an as such most things were misplaced.
Does anyone has a copy of this template or is there a way for me to have these experience counted toward my membership instead of the current challenge questions?
