do we have to write separately answer the MCQ’S answers with explanations in the answer sheet or just bubble the answers in first sheet?
You are not required to give explanations on your MCQ answers. Just bubble them on the answer sheet.

If you were not given optical mark reader sheets, ACCA will cope with you writing something like:
1 A
2 B
3 C
.
.
etc.
[The A, B and C are only examples and are not supposed to represent the real answers!]
