    Hello sir

I have a confusion about how to manage the time in sec b. I know the 1.8 minutes per mark thing and the dividing by 2 for planning time with 1.3 left to elaborate the answer…

However, I take about 5-6 minutes (and 10 minutes with annotations) to read the scenario in section B, and don’t find enough time with the planning because then I have to rush to write the answer.

What do you recommend about tackling these section b questions? How much time should be allowed to reading?
Should I take the whole 12.5 mins to read and annotate for all parts?

You can’t answer a question if you haven’t understood it.

Address the requirements in part (a) first. Probably taking 10 minutes to read and prepare. Part (b) often addresses other aspects so may require a reread. Take a couple of minutes for that.

Thank you sir, for the advice. I have learnt very much from your revision lectures on how to approach the section a questions
