Please let me know if answers with explanations available for Mock tests for F9.

No, but as it says on the page before the test, if you copy the question into this forum them I will explain the workings.
You can review your answers at the end of the test and you will see what the correct answer is, but it does not show the workings.
(Every test taken is likely to be different because the questions are selected at random from a large bank of questions).
