    I have the model answe for this question in Kaplan exam kit, however I’m struggling to understand how they got the yearly cash flows for 2010 and 2011.

    Can someone help please ?

    I don’t have the Kaplan book, but working from the ACCA Q and A, for 2010:

    PBT = 31,200
    Tax @30% = 9,360
    Profit after tax = 21,840
    Add depreciation (not a cash flow) of 120,000

    Free cash flow = 21,840 + 120,000 = 141,840

    Similarly for 2011.
